Yoga isn't just about stretching, agility, and a bit of relaxation. Yoga is an ancient system that constantly teaches us to develop in a living and constantly changing universe. Yoga shows us a life of balance where we can be dynamic and relaxed at the same time, live with open eyes and without fear, where we have the energy to overcome our challenges and find meaning in life.

HATHA YOGA POSITIONS (asanas)

They align body and mind, make you more flexible and promote the free circulation of prana in the body, activate certain centers of force (chakras).

PURIFICATION TECHNIQUES

It cleanses the body, removes the source of disease, and purifies the mind.

DIET AND HEALTH

Better use of food, Ayurvedic advice, disease prevention, better energy circulation in the body.

BREATHING TECHNIQUES (pranayama)

Cleans the energy channels of the body (the nadhis) and gives you control over your vital energy (prana).

CONCENTRATION TECHNIQUES (dharana)

Focus, memory, spherical awareness, ability to be in the present, direct your attention at will.

SPIRITUAL INITIATIONS

Initiations into more advanced forms of yoga, such as mahavidya yoga, svara yoga, laya yoga, and Tibetan yoga.

Monday 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Friday 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
